My 31 day challenge can be changed to meet your needs. It simply consists of 10 fitness related goals you would like to accomplish. As you will see from my list in just a few moments, some will be more difficult and will take longer to complete. Some I can complete within a week, and others I can spread out or get done quickly.
Here are my fitness related goals:
- Drink at least 64 ounces of water a day.
- Run 100 miles
- Bike 100 miles
- Go 31 days without stepping on a scale.
- Do a 1 minute wall sit.
- Complete 3,000 fitness minutes.
- Do a 2 minute plank.
- Track my food for 31 days.
- Eat breakfast every day.
- Do push ups every day.
